Activities

• Leading the development of the foundation package.
• Engaging with the supply chain, assessing newcomers and industry trends.
• Creating and updating the Employer’s Requirements for the foundations and the interfaces with other packages.
• Organising and leading the supplier selection, including prequalification, slot reservations, early works agreements and contract negotiations.
• Identifying the technical and contractual interfaces between design, fabrication, transport and installation and implementing them in the contracts.
• Reporting on progress, risks, strategy and budget.
