Taking a leading role in securing the monopile and transition piece fabrication contracts, building up the relation with the fabricators and guarding the project’s commercial interests.
Defining the procurement strategy and organising the procurement process for the fabrication contracts.
Counterpart of the fabricators’ procurement, commercial and business development managers.
