Client is an engineering company and contractor in environmental technology including solutions for wastewater treatment, drinking and process water, solid waste treatment (Waste-to-Energy), sludge treatment and thermal cleaning processes.
Activities
- Sales within the Thermal Technologies department. This department consists of the technology lines Energy-from-Waste (which is its core activity), Biosolids & Sludge and Thermal Cleaning.
- Commercial structuring of projects, including contract negotiations.
- Responsible for developing and detecting new business opportunities (public tenders - EBP, TED, OJEU, PPP/PFI-projects and private projects). Screen new emerging markets and try to establish market position.
- Screening potential projects by drawing up the GO / NO GO analysis, assisting in the Project Risk Assessment and co- writing the Pre-Tender Executive Summary together with the Head of Proposal. Analyzing and drawing up the Early Warning Paper for development/investment projects to seek approval and (investment) support at an early stage from senior management.
- Active interface with the proposal department during Pre-Qualification and bid phase.
- Relationship Management clients, consultants and license partners.
- Screening for local partnerships.
